2022 DCIU STEM Competition
Whole group shows 8 teams and their coaches (Vivienne Cameron, Kelsey Vidal, Josh Labish)
Penn-Delco School District sent eight teams to the 2022 DCIU STEM competition this year. The challenge was infrastructure and students were asked to create strategies to improve systems that create a safer, healthier and cleaner world. Students from across the county spent the day ideating ways to make a better world. We are #penndelcoproud of all of our participants as well as our winners from Coebourn Elementary.
Coebourn Team 4 was awarded best blueprint in the county while Coebourn Team 3 won 3rd PLACE in the county for best overall project. We congratulate our fourth and fifth grade winners and all of the teams who participated in this annual event that encourages students to explore careers in STEM.
