Right to know law information request


  • PLEASE NOTE:  The Penn-Delco School District is closed due to Governor Wolf’s mandated closure of all schools in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus. During this closure, there will be a delay in responding to requests made pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law – regardless of whether they are submitted by mail or electronically, because employees are not available to search for and access documents. PDSD will respond to your request(s) once it reopens. Thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time.

     

    The Penn-Delco Board of School Directors recognizes the importance of public records as the record of the District's actions and the repository of information about this District.  The public has the right to access and procure copies of public records, with certain exceptions, subject to law, Board policy, and administrative regulations.

     Please submit all Right to Know Law requests in writing to the Penn-Delco School District Agency Open Records Officer, Dr. George Steinhoff, in any of the following ways:

    Printed copies may be obtained at the cost of .25 per page.  DVD copies may be obtained at the cost of $10 per DVD.
