Sun Valley Seniors Participate in Mock Interview Day

Seniors at Sun Valley High School recently took a significant step toward their futures during the school’s annual Mock Interview Day on April 11.

As part of their Capstone Project, students participated in one-on-one interviews with professionals from a wide range of industries. Teachers worked closely with community members, local business leaders, school board members, administrators, and corporate volunteers to provide students with meaningful, real-world interview experiences.

In preparation for the big day, students created professional resumes and cover letters and arrived dressed to impress. With guidance and real-time feedback from our dedicated volunteers, they strengthened their communication skills, built confidence, and gained valuable insights - tools that will serve them well no matter which pathway they choose after graduation, whether it be college, career, military service, or beyond.

We are incredibly proud of our seniors for their hard work, growth, and professionalism.
