Northley Students Recognized at Law Day Ceremony
Northley Middle School students were recently honored at the annual Law Day Ceremony, held on May 2 at the Delaware County Courthouse and hosted by the Delaware County Court and Bar Association. This year’s theme, “The Constitution’s Promise: Out of Many, One,” encouraged students to reflect on the role of the Constitution in uniting a diverse nation.
Northley students made a strong impression in the essay competition, nearly sweeping the middle school category:
- Elizabeth Robb - 1st Place
- Callie Hazlett - 3rd Place
- Margaret Bodtke - Honorable Mention
As part of the ceremony, Elizabeth was invited to read her winning essay aloud in the courthouse. She delivered it with confidence and grace, earning high praise from attendees during the luncheon that followed.
We are proud of all three students for their thoughtful, well-crafted essays and for representing Northley Middle School with excellence.
