A Look Ahead: Class of 2029 Visits Sun Valley

There was excitement in the air on April 25 as Sun Valley High School welcomed the Class of 2029 for its annual Freshman Panel event. Students from Northley Middle School made the walk up the hill - this time, not just as visitors, but as future Vanguards.

Waiting to greet them was a panel of current ninth graders, ready to share what life at The Valley is really like. From navigating the building to getting involved in clubs, sports, and school traditions, the panelists offered firsthand insight and honest advice. They answered questions, calmed nerves, and helped paint a picture of the next chapter in the students’ academic journey.

The event gave the Class of 2029 a chance to experience the energy and spirit of Sun Valley - and to imagine themselves as part of it. We can’t wait to officially welcome them this fall!
