Penn-Delco Receives Funding from GIANT’s Feeding School Kids Initiative

Penn-Delco School District is excited to announce that we have received a generous donation of $5,961.86 from GIANT through their 2025 Feeding School Kids initiative. This funding will go toward supporting and expanding our school food programs to ensure more students have access to the nutrition they need to succeed.

The donation was presented by James Grinstead, store manager at the Aston GIANT, to Superintendent Dr. George Steinhoff at Coebourn Elementary School on April 9. A group of enthusiastic Coebourn Cougars, as well as Principal Nicole Small helped to celebrate this momentous occasion with us!

A heartfelt thank you to GIANT and all the community members who participated by rounding up at the register. Your contributions make a direct impact on our efforts to eliminate hunger and provide students with the nutritional support they need to learn and grow.
