Board Members Sworn In, Cub Scouts Join the Meeting

The Penn-Delco School District Board of School Directors held its annual Reorganization Meeting on December 1, 2025. During the meeting, Leon Armour and Stephanie Ellis were unanimously reelected to continue serving as Board President and Vice President.

Reelected board members Dr. Melissa Huber, Dawn Jones, and John Mancinelli, along with newly elected members Michael O’Brien and Melissa Owsley, were officially sworn in by Magisterial District Judge Georgia L. Stone, Esq.

As part of their civics requirement, local Cub Scouts joined the meeting to observe the Board in action and lead attendees in the Pledge of Allegiance. Scouts representing Pack 77 included Grant Bodden, Rocco Bonavita, Cole Egan, Jonathan Graziola and Christian King. Pack 225 was represented by Teagan Cacciatore, Sebastian Davey, Dylan Gibson and Liam McAleese.

Following the reorganization portion of the evening, the Board held a special meeting and voted on several items, including the approval of the 2026-2027 Instructional Calendar.
