BoardDocs Brings Easier Access to Meetings, Agendas, and More

Penn-Delco is making it easier than ever for our community to stay informed and connected with the work of the Board of School Directors. Beginning the 2025-2026 school year, we are officially using BoardDocs Pro - a cloud-based platform that streamlines how we manage and share board meeting information.

This new system allows us to organize agendas, policies, and meeting documents in one easy-to-access location online. It also helps us save time and resources while improving transparency and communication.

BoardDocs gives the Penn-Delco community the ability to:

• View board agendas and related documents in advance of meetings
• See voting results and outcomes after meetings
• Access an archive of past board materials by date or topic
• Learn more about school board operations in a user-friendly format

In addition to offering a better experience for the public, the platform helps our team work more efficiently behind the scenes - cutting back on printing, improving collaboration, and ensuring documents are always up-to-date.
