Coebourn Elementary Hosts “Bully No More” Assembly

In honor of National Bullying Prevention Month, Coebourn Elementary students came together on October 8 for a memorable all-school assembly, “Bully No More,” sponsored by the school's Parent-Teacher League. The program, designed for elementary audiences, used humor, storytelling, and interactive lessons to teach important lessons about bullying and kindness.

During the presentation, students followed the story of YoJo, a character who initially uses bullying to get laughs from others. Over the course of the show, YoJo learns how harmful and frightening bullying can be, and discovers ways to respond positively and safely in difficult situations.

Thank you to the PTL for sponsoring this assembly and helping our students build a school culture rooted in kindness, respect, and inclusion.
