Summer reading expectations for students

  • reading book Penn-Delco's Summer Reading Program might look a little different in 2020.  We know that COVID-19 has impacted everyone and changed how we go about our daily lives.

This year we are not requiring the summer reading assignments to be completed (exept for 11th and 12th grade AP students), however, we encourage all of our students to continue to read great selections all summer long.  Choose books that intrigue you, make you wonder, and bring you joy.

Tweet out each book that you complete to #PennDelcoProud and #PennDelcoReads and show all that you have learned.  The links below provide some great resources to help select your next book choice.

Reading Counts will continue to be available from home! The new year for Reading Counts words begins July 1, 2020.
