PA Youth Survey
Penn-Delco School District students in grades 6, 8, 10, and 12 will participate in the 2025 Pennsylvania Youth Survey (PAYS) during the first two weeks of October.

About the Survey
PAYS is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, the Pennsylvania Department of Education, and the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs.
The survey gathers information on:

Mental health

Bullying and violence
-
Substance use
This data helps schools and community partners strengthen efforts to promote mental health, prevent substance use, and support positive youth development.

Voluntary Participation – Students may skip any questions or choose not to participate.

Anonymous and Confidential – No names are collected, and individual responses are never reported.

Research-Based – The survey has been administered to more than 2 million Pennsylvania students since the 1990s.
