Benefits Open Enrollment
It's time to secure your benefits for upcoming year!
Open Enrollment is the one time each year when benefits-eligible Penn-Delco staff members can enroll in or make changes to their medical, dental, vision, and other insurance plans.
This year’s open enrollment period runs from Monday, May 4, 2026, through Friday, May 15, 2026, and will take place through the Employee Navigator online system (download 2026-2027 PDSD Employee Navigator Instructions).

In-Person Benefits Session
Join representatives from our Benefits Management Team at Gallagher, Independence Blue Cross (IBX), and the Penn-Delco Human Resources Department to get answers to your benefits questions.
- When: Wednesday, May 6 from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m.
- Where: Sun Valley Media Information Center (MIC)
Stop by any time during the session for help comparing plans, understanding options, or getting enrollment support.
Please note: Action is required. Don't miss this crucial opportunity to make your benefit elections. Failure to enroll could result in a loss of coverage.
What You Need to Do
- Review the Benefit Guides: Detailed program booklets for the upcoming plan year (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) are available below. Take some time to familiarize yourself with your options.
- Complete Enrollment Online: All benefit-eligible employees must complete their enrollment elections in Employee Navigator between May 4 and May 15.
- Attend the In-Person Benefits Session (Optional): Representatives from Gallagher, Independence Blue Cross (IBX), and the Penn-Delco Human Resources Department will be available to answer your questions on Wednesday, May 6 from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. in the Sun Valley MIC. Stop by anytime during the session for personalized support with plan comparisons and enrollment.
