In-School Dental Program, February 7

Dental Exams scheduled for February 7, 2025 at Northley Middle School

Penn-Delco School District is partnering with The Smile Program: My School Dentist to offer in-school dental care on February 7, 2025. Dental exams are required by Pennsylvania for students in grades K/1, 3, and 7. This program is available to students in these grades who have not provided proof of a dental exam within the past year. (Note: Any student needing a dental exam, regardless of grade, is welcome to participate.)

The program offers:

  • Comprehensive dental exams, x-rays, cleaning, fluoride, and sealants (if needed)
  • Restorative care, such as fillings (when necessary)
  • Services at little or no cost (all insurance accepted, including Medicaid and CHIP, with a low-cost self-pay option available)

Benefits of regular dental care include reduced risk of early tooth loss, gum disease, heart disease, and speech development issues.

Students from all elementary schools will be bused to Northley for their exams. Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend and may transport their children if preferred.

Pre-registration is required. Please submit the registration form online or print and complete the paper form and return to your school by January 31.
