Penn-Delco sent real estate tax bills to property owners in Aston, Brookhaven and Parkside on July 1, 2025.
Haven't received your bill? If you have not received your tax bill by July 15, please contact the Tax Office at 610-497-6300 x1304 during business hours.
Payment Options
Annual (In Full) Payment
Make checks payable to Penn-Delco School District. Both portions of tax bill copy must be included with payment.
- By Mail: Payments may be sent directly to the lockbox address:

Philadelphia, PA 19195-2095 - In Person: A payment dropbox is available in the administration building lobby during business hours. All payments left in the dropbox will be forwarded to the bank lockbox for processing.
District staff will not provide payment receipts. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) for return receipt of payment.
For inquiries regarding property assessments, please contact the Delaware County Board of Assessment.
Tax Installment Payment Option
The Installment Tax payment option can be requested between July 1 and August 20 each year. Call the Tax Office to request a tax installment payment option at 610-497-6300 x1304 or via email taxoffice@pdsd.org
Please include the following information in the request:
- Name
- Telephone Number
- Property Address
- Mailing address (if different from the property address)
Installment payment slips and remittance envelopes will be mailed to the taxpayer/homeowner.
