Track active cases, quarantine numbers, and rolling data

-
In an effort to be transparent with the Penn-Delco Community, the Health and Safety Committee in partnership with Human Resources, the School Nurses, and the Chester County Health Department (CCHD) will provide data on a bi-weekly basis detailing the number of known active cases as well as those known to be in quarantine among students and staff in the Penn-Delco School District.
These numbers reflect known, confirmed cases (those reported to Penn-Delco and the CCHD), as well as those who have been asked to quarantine due to a confirmed positive or exposure to COVID-19. This is not a cumulative database of all cases recorded in the District since March, but a snapshot of the District as of the date reflected in the graphic.
Parents, students, and staff should always contact either the school nurse (students) or Human Resources Department (staff) if a student or staff member is diagnosed with COVID-19, is exposed to COVID-19, or has been asked to quarantine due to a COVID-19 exposure. Information about the process can be found here.
Additional information about the spread of COVID-19 in Delaware County, Aston, Brookhaven, Parkside, and the District community as a whole can be found at the CCHD website.
