  • The pandemic has altered the lives of our students in many ways.  Aside from virtual learning environments and abbreviated athletic seasons, it has also meant a loss of opportunities to perform.  Our holiday concerts, musicals, and other touchstones for our performing arts students have either disappeared or been put on hold.  The spring 2020 musical Cinderella never opened as the official shut down happened just a day before opening night.

Students involved in Sun Valley theater historically present a cabaret in October to showcase their work and raise funds for their late winter production.  With limits on gatherings, this years cabaret has been pushed to a virtual format recorded and mixed for your viewing.  Please watch an introduction from their director Elizabeth Hazlett in our special Snapshot feature, then enjoy an abbreviated virtual cabaret performed by our Sun Valley Theater students.

If you would like to contribute to the Sun Valley Theater program, you can do so at a special SchoolPay link or contact Sun Valley Theater at theater@svhstheater.org.
