Summer Enrichment
Penn-Delco is offering an opportunity to add some learning and fun this summer!Students may take one or multiple courses and explore opportunities to create, move, learn, and perform. Check out the program descriptions, dates, times, fees, and the registration forms below. Each description includes the registration form and a link to pay online, if preferred.

Sessions and Course Times
All sessions are 4 days, Monday - Thursday. Some courses are half day (9 a.m.-11:30 a.m.) and some are full day (9 a.m.-2:30 p.m.). There is no bussing for summer sessions (families will need to provide their own transportation).

Please review summer course descriptions for class-size requirements. Parents will be notified by June 5, 2026 if a course will not run due to low enrollment.

Advanced Summer Band Camp is designed for students who would like to continue developing their musical skills over the summer. Students will participate in lessons and rehearsals leading up to a recorded performance. This camp is a great opportunity to keep playing, stay engaged with music, and continue building confidence and technique. Please note: Students must bring their own instrument.

This course offers students an exciting outdoor adventure experience at some of the region’s best state parks. Students will go ziplining, tubing, fishing, kayaking, and swimming while participating in teamwork activities that build collaboration and confidence. Along the way, they will learn about water safety, local ecosystems, and environmental responsibility. Adventure, learning, and summer fun all come together in this unforgettable experience!

Students will learn the skills and responsibilities of babysitting, including supervision, feeding, diapering, safety, and emergency response. Hands-on activities are included, so comfortable clothing is recommended.

This introductory course is designed for Penn-Delco students interested in trying band. Students will learn the basics of reading music and playing a band instrument. No prior experience is required.

Please note: Instruments are required. Parents are encouraged to rent or purchase a brass, woodwind, or percussion instrument prior to the start of camp. Students will learn cursive writing in a fun, step-by-step course. Research shows cursive can strengthen memory, improve fine motor skills, increase writing speed, and support spelling and letter recognition. Students will first learn each letter, then practice connecting them to form words. Each student will receive a cursive workbook to continue practicing at home after the course ends.
