Have a need to change the location of your child's bus stop?  Is it a permenant or temporary change?  A form must be completed to request that official change.  Download and fill out the form and submit to your child's school.  Your school principal and the transportation supervisor will then review and approve the change request and notify you accordingly.   If you would like to either add your child to bus transportation during COVID or remove them from the bus, please use this form as well and simply state that your child will or will not now be taking the bus.
