    2018 TAX BILLS

     

    TAX BILL INFORMATION

    2018 Real Estate Tax Bills will be mailed to ASTON, BROOKHAVEN and PARKSIDE property owners on July 1, 2018.

    If you have not received your tax bill by July 10, 2018 please contact the tax office.

    TAX INSTALLMENT OPTION

    Please refer to tax installment payment information printed on the back of the annual tax bill. Between July 1 and August 20, contact the Tax Office at 610-497-6300 ext 1304, or by email at taxoffice@pdsd.org to request tax installment payment option.

    Please include the following information in the request:

    • Name
    • Telephone Number
    • Property Address
    • Mailing Address (if different than the property address)

    Installment payment slips and remittance envelopes can be mailed, or taxpayer can pick up the installment package at the Penn-Delco School District Administration Building, 2821 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014.

     

    TAX CERTIFICATIONS

    Requests for a tax certification must be mailed to:

    Tax Office

    2821 Concord Road

    Aston, PA 19014

    Requests must include the following:

    • Taxpayer Name, address and folio # (parcel #)
    • $25 check made payable to: Penn-Delco School District
    • A self-addressed stamped envelope or a completed overnight (FedEx or UPS) returnable shipping envelope

    Please allow five business days for your request to be processed.

    Confirmation of taxes paid or unpaid will only be made via tax certification request. No verbal or emailed information will be supplied.
