Curriculum & InstructionThe administration, teachers, and staff at Penn-Delco School District take pride in our instructional programming and the academic achievement of our students. Last year, the state transitioned away from Adequate Yearly Progress to a SPP (School Performance Profile). The district fared well in this transition and has achieved many accomplishment in recent years. In 2012, Coebourn Elementary School was recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School. In 2010 and 2011, Aston Elementary School was awarded a Pennsylvania School of Character Award. In 2013, the district music program was named Best Communities for Music Education. Further, 86% of our graduating students in 2013 attended a two or four year college. All of this success is due to the strong foundation Penn-Delco School District provides for the students at all levels.
