Are you receiving our messages?

  • It is important that your teachers, principals, and administrators can communicate with you and your family.  Whether it is regular communication or crisis communication, the District often sends out direct communication via email, voice message, and eventually, text.  The Skyward system is where your family information is stored to ensure we have the correct contacts to reach you.

    If you are not receiving voice messages or emails when they are sent, please do the following to make sure you are in our system correctly:

    1. Check your email spam folder.  Sometimes emails get caught up in your spam.
    2. Go to your child's Skyward account and check your contacts. Are your email address and phone numbers correct?
    3. If the information is correct, you do not have messages in spam, and you are sure your carrier is not blocking messages, please contact your school principal to have the information rechecked in our system.
    4. If information is missing or incorrect, please contact your school prinicipal so that it can be corrected in our system.  Skyward is updated regularly.  Your information should be updated in a day or two.
