Are you receiving our messages?

  • It is important that your teachers, principals, and administrators can communicate with you and your family.  Whether it is regular communication or crisis communication, the District often sends out direct communication via email, voice message, and eventually, text.  The Skyward system is where your family information is stored to ensure we have the correct contacts to reach you.

    If you are not receiving voice messages, emails, or texts when they are sent, please do the following to make sure you are in our system correctly:

    1. Check your email spam folder.  Sometimes, emails get caught up in your spam.
    2. Go to your child's Skyward account and check your contacts under the Skylert section. Are your email address and phone numbers correct? Ytou can update contact information for email, phone, and text.


    Important information about Text Messaging

    Would you like information sent via text? If you haven't already, opt in to the SchoolMessenger Communicate SMS text system by texting "Y" or "Yes" to our district short code 67587. By opting in for text messages and setting text as a preference, you can also receive attendance reporting confirmations (as well as other district communication) via text.  If you would like to opt out of our text system, simply text the word STOP to our short code.  You will not receive further messaging.
