Penn-Delco On Request^SM is a new feature which provides global access for anyone wishing to review previously filmed interviews, events, presentations and other programs via the Internet.  The viewer will be able to select from a variety of programs and rewind, fast forward or pause at any point in the broadcast. A bank of archived videos will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at no cost.

Known as video streaming, Penn-Delco customized the process for the District Web site. Video programs are digitized, securely stored and then made available for viewing over the Internet within hours of the live program. The Penn-Delco Web site will provide immediate links to the programs, as well as to links of archived programs. Because the videos are available on the District’s Web site, they can be viewed by anyone with an Internet connection worldwide, regardless of their computer’s operating system.
