Course Description:
This course will focus on entrepreneurship and introduction to business. This middle school capstone course will give students the opportunity to create a business plan for a business endeavor they may wish to pursue. In order to do this, the course will cover a wide range of business topics and students will produce a thoughtful business plan. Students will be exposed to basic microeconomics and macroeconomics, accounting principles, finance, marketing and sales. Students will utilize these business concepts to create a business plan they will present to potential investors. This will afford students the opportunity to put these concepts into practice using the latest technology resources/tools.
