This Friday, the School Store will once again be selling Krispy Kreme Donuts for $1.  They went fast, so get them while you can.  In addition, the School Store and Peer Buddy Program will be selling "R" shaped Pretzel Boy Pretzels for $1 to help promote the elimination of the r-word.   Stop by and help support the elimination of the r-word!


Attn all Freshmen:  Money for the Class Trip to Camelback Beach is now being collected in homeroom; reserve your spot today.  See a Class Officer with any questions.


Attn All Seniors:  Any senior who would like to attend the Post Prom needs to sign up on the Class of 2015 page by May 6th.  The Post Prom parents would like to have a prize for EVERY senior who attends.  So, please let them know if you are coming.  If you are attending the prom, you may bring your approved guest.  Even if you are not attending the prom, you are invited to Post Prom.  Sign up TODAY!

Committee/Club Meetings


The National Math Honor Society is tutoring today, April 23, after school from 2:15 to 3:00.  If you need any help with math, please stop by room B-245.


There will be a meeting for ANYONE interested in working on the 2015-2016 yearbook next year on Tuesday, April 28, at 2:20 in room B-40.  Any questions, see Alexa Pagano.


The first official meeting of the new Gay Straight Alliance of Sun Valley, Rainbow Valley Alliance, will be holding a meeting today right after school in B-250, Ms. Carroll’s room.  This club is for the support of LGBT and their straight allies in creating a safe environment for individuals to be themselves.  Come As You Are


Fashion Club will meet after school on Monday, April 27, in D-94.  Bring your own t-shirt for our tie-dye meeting.  Please see Mrs. Bednar with any questions.


The next Running Club meeting will be today, April 23, at 2:20 in room B-49.  Please feel free to bring your shoes for a run afterwards if you are available.


There will be a Peer Buddy meeting today, April 23, in room A-7.


Attn Reading Olympics Members:  There will be a mandatory meeting today, April 23, at 2:15 in the MIC.  This is the last meeting before the competition on Monday! 


Guidance News


DCTS is having their 4th annual Prom Drive.  It is open to all Delaware County high school students.  Sunday, April 26 - Folcroft campus.  Donations accepted at 6 locations prior to the event (come to Guidance for flyer).  Actual Prom Drive is April 26, 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Fashion Show 4:00 p.m.


Information and application for the American Legion Leadership summer program for Boys and Girls State is available in Guidance.  It is a week-long educational program that will be hosted June 21 - 27 at Shippensburg University.  Application deadline is May 15th.


PACAC Main Line Regional College Fair – Villanova University, Tuesday, April 28, 6:30 – 9:00.  Over 100 colleges and universities from across the country will be represented.


Reminder seniors:  Guidance wants copies of your acceptance letters and scholarships received!!  The graduation program lists schools where graduates have been accepted, but we only know what you share with us.  Don’t be left out!
